You're spending valuable time on work that you shouldn't.
01
problem 01
Your best people are stuck doing work that doesn't need them.
Reviewing applications, reading documents, updating records and stock, preparing reports and handling repetitive requests can consume hours every week. Necessary work, but rarely the work your team was actually hired to do.
02
problem 02
Your business generates more information than your team can process.
Applications arrive, emails pile up, documents need reviewing and data needs organising. The information is already there, but turning it into something useful still depends on someone manually going through it.
03
problem 03
Your operations slow down when people get busy.
Requests wait. Tasks build up. Opportunities sit untouched until someone has time to deal with them. The more your company grows, the harder it becomes to keep every repetitive process moving consistently.
04
problem 04
Your business has a closing time. Your customers don't.
Enquiries arrive at midnight. Applications land at the weekend. Orders and questions keep coming after the lights go off, and they sit there until someone opens a laptop. A system doesn't close — it can answer, sort, draft and prepare through the night so the work is ready and waiting when your staff actually start their shift.
05
problem 05
The rest of the world already adapted. The question is whether you do.
Trusting a system isn't the leap it sounds like. It runs on your rules and your data, it does the repetitive work rather than the judgement calls, and a person still approves anything that matters. You keep the decisions — you stop doing the typing.
88%of organisations report using AI in at least one business function
McKinsey, The State of AI, 2025. Stanford HAI, AI Index 2026, reports the same figure.
Your business can keep moving without adding more manual work.
We build custom AI systems around the way your company already operates. They review, organise, respond, analyse and handle repetitive workflows around the clock, giving your team more time for the decisions and work that actually require them.

What's possible
The same questions come up again and again.
Six we are asked most, and what a system built for each one actually does.
question / 01
possible
“We review hundreds of applications. Can AI handle the first screening?”
Yes. We can build a system that reads CVs, evaluates candidates against your criteria, ranks applicants, flags strong matches and prepares summaries for your team.

question / 02
possible
“Our team spends hours processing documents. Can that be automated?”
Yes. The system can read incoming documents, extract the required information, validate it, organise it and update the right records automatically.

“Can AI handle incoming requests before they reach our team?”
Yes. It can understand the request, collect missing details, categorise it, prioritise it and route it to the right person automatically.

question / 04

“Can a system work inside the software we already use?”
In most cases, yes. We build around your existing stack, connecting your CRM, inboxes, databases, internal tools and third-party platforms into one automated workflow.

question / 05

“Our data is spread across multiple systems. Can we turn it into something usable?”
Yes. We can bring the information together, process it continuously, and give your team one place to see what matters, what changed and what needs attention.

question / 06

“Can the system actually take action, not just give us answers?”
That is the point. Depending on the workflow it can update records, send messages, create tasks, trigger approvals, prepare reports and complete multi-step processes on its own.

Fully customised for your business's needs
Built around the way your business works.
No two businesses operate the same way, so we don't build one-size-fits-all solutions. We first understand your workflows, bottlenecks, tools and goals, then design an AI system around the way your business actually works.
Your team doesn't need to change the tools they already use. We integrate the system into your existing workflow, build the logic behind it, test it thoroughly, and deliver it ready to operate.
We handle the system. You get the results.
Choose how involved you want to be during the build.
Managed Build
We design, build, test and deploy the entire system for you. Your team gets a finished solution, ready to work from day one.
Collaborative Build
We build it with your team involved throughout the process. You see how the system works, why decisions are made, and how everything fits together.
Process
How we take you from idea to implementation.
01
Discovery & Analysis
We start by understanding how your business operates, where time is being lost, and which processes are worth automating. Then we define exactly what the system needs to do.
02
Custom Build
We design and build the system around your workflows, tools and requirements. Every component is tested and refined before it reaches your team.
03
Deployment
Your system goes live fully configured and ready to work. We integrate it into your existing operations and make sure your team knows exactly how to use it.
04
Ongoing Support
Your business evolves, and your system should evolve with it. We maintain, improve and adapt the system as your processes and requirements change.
What changes
The difference is mostly in what stops arriving
01
Hours back
An afternoon's work runs in the background.
02
Lower costs
Less handling, and fewer of the errors it causes.
03
Answered faster
A reply at the hour they wrote, not the next morning.
04
Room to grow
More volume without a hire behind it.
05
Decisions on evidence
Reporting ready when the question comes up.
06
Built to change
Automations get adjusted. Nothing is sealed.

About
You talk to the person who builds it
Ulunavia is a small studio in Nova Scotia. No account manager between you and the work, and no team you never meet.
We look at what your business repeats and ask whether a machine should be doing it. Sometimes the answer is no, and we say so — automating a process that should have been deleted is an expensive way to keep a bad habit.

Questions
The things people ask first
What does AI automation actually mean?
Software that handles a task end to end instead of helping someone do it. It reads the message, works out what it is, does the thing, and only involves a person when one is genuinely needed.
How long until it is live?
A simple automation is usually live in one to two weeks. Larger systems take four to eight. You get a real timeline after discovery, once the scope is known instead of guessed.
Do we have to replace our software?
No, and we would usually argue against it. Most of the value is in connecting what you already run — your team knows those tools and your data is already in them.
What happens after launch?
We monitor it, maintain it, and change it as the business changes. The process underneath keeps moving, so the system has to as well.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and any number quoted before discovery would be a guess. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation.
What it's worth
Work out what this is worth to you.
Not our estimate of your business — yours. Move each slider to match what you actually see in a week, and the arithmetic runs in front of you. Every figure shows the sum that produced it.
Your numbers
20 h
Across everyone — reviewing, typing, chasing, copying between systems.
$30
Wage plus everything on top of it.
50%
Your estimate. We have no measurement of this for your business, so this slider is yours, not ours.
20
Evenings, weekends, while everyone is busy.
20%
30%
Also your estimate. Set it to the same number and the revenue below correctly reads nothing.
$200
Whatever they spend with you — one visit, one order, or the whole relationship. Use whichever you actually think in.
What that comes to
Hours back, every month

What those hours cost you now
$1,290
43 h × $30
Extra customers a month
8.6
20 × 10% × 4.3
From those customers
$1,720
8.6 × $200
Together, a month
$3,010

This is your own figures multiplied through, not a forecast and not a promise. Two of the sliders ask you to estimate something nobody can know in advance — how much of the work a system takes, and whether answering faster wins the customer. Those guesses are yours, so the total is only ever as good as they are.
Every build is quoted on what it actually involves.
There is no package and no price list, because no two of these are the same job. Tell us what the work looks like now and you get a number for your build — not a starting-from figure that changes once we see it.
